Joelle’s motivation to pursue Early Childhood Education is to help shape the children she works with to be well-rounded individuals with self-confidence. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (HELP University), she looks to assist children in building positive relationships with their peers as well as with adults outside the family nucleus. Joelle firmly believes that early education is more than just academic prowess, as children learn and develop at their own pace.
