Welcome to Toddler Town International Preschool. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

If you are enrolling a child in our programs, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to bind the child to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and acceptance. Submission of an enrollment application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at our sole discretion.
Fees and Payment
- All fees are due as specified in the enrollment agreement
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Tuition fees must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule
- Late payment may result in late fees or suspension of services
- We reserve the right to increase fees with 30 days'notice
Withdrawal and Cancellation
- Written notice of withdrawal must be provided at least 30 days in advance
- Withdrawal without proper notice may result in forfeiture of deposit
- We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment or violation of policies
- No refunds will be given for days missed due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Toddler Town International Preschool or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.
The"Toddler Town"name and logo are trademarks of Toddler Town International Preschool. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Health and Safety
Parents/guardians agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date health information about the child
- Notify us immediately of any changes to the child's health status
- Keep the child home when ill to prevent spread of illness
- Ensure the child's immunizations are current as required by law
- Authorize emergency medical treatment if needed
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
We maintain comprehensive health and safety protocols, but we cannot guarantee that your child will not be exposed to illness or injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge these inherent risks.
Photography and Media Release
We may take photographs and videos of children during school activities for educational purposes, marketing materials, and our website or social media. Parents/guardians will be asked to provide consent for such use during enrollment.
Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed or filmed must notify us in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, though we cannot guarantee the child will never appear in group photos or videos.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toddler Town International Preschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services
- Any errors or omissions in our content
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of services
- Any injury or damage to person or property
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount of tuition fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Toddler Town International Preschool, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
